Highly recommend! I come here every time I visit Las Vegas — this location is the best of all the branches. I especially love having Downey as our server. She’s amazing, always explains the menu thoroughly, and makes the atmosphere so warm and welcoming. Every time I bring guests, they enjoy it just as much as I do!

Chubby Cattle BBQ in Las Vegas has become a go-to spot for our family — we’ve been here countless times and still love it just as much. The quality of the meat is always top-notch, the service is consistently high-level, and the vibe of the place is cool and fun. Even our young kid enjoys it every time! One thing to note is they don’t take reservations for small parties, so the wait can sometimes be long. But it’s absolutely worth it. Highly recommend trying the wagyu rice soup — it’s incredible!

We came here to celebrate my brother’s birthday and had an amazing experience—thanks in large part to our server, Downey! The wagyu was absolutely incredible—so tender and flavorful—but what truly made our night special was Downey’s outstanding service. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful in recommending the perfect selections for our celebration. From the appetizers to the wine pairing, everything she suggested elevated our meal. It’s rare to find someone who’s not only knowledgeable but also makes you feel so welcome. Thank you, Downey, for making our evening unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back—and we’ll be asking for you!

Quality meat was amazing. Service was great and anything we ordered was brought to us immediately. We had 90 minutes. We had a small tablet where we ordered and that also had a timer from the moment the food sent to the kitchen. I brought my little one who is 3, he's much taller than the average 3 year old [growth percentile]. They do have the little ones measured and make sure they are less than 39 inches in order for them to be free. We went to several buffets which go based on age and not height. Since there can be a 5 year old who can be short. The height didn't make sense to me at all.

This was our first time here and we couldn’t be more impressed. The meat was premium and literally the best I’ve ever had. The fish was so fresh. The selection was really wide and everything we ordered was delicious. We loved the Australian Wagyu so much!! Last but not least our waiter was the sweetest - he entertained our kids and was just super attentive and nice. I can’t recommend this place enough! If you’re looking for some high end affordable meat this is your place to go!

One of the best place to eat in Las Vegas. Make sure to make reservations before heading there. It’s a busy place and I can see why. The food is amazing and the staff are amazing and friendly too. I would recommend going there and doing the gold package deal. So yummy you wont regret it.

Our server Kevin Li was excellent. Accommodating, friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful. Explained everything clearly for our first time here. Cleared plates and changed grills promptly, and very attentive. Food was delicious. The large cut of Wagyu steak was very tough to chew, my only complaint. The otoro and brisket were the best. Sliced extremely thin, sear it briefly to keep tender, very flavorful. Drinks and ice cream were a nice addition. Although the ice cream consistency was quite wet/runny.
